{Every choca-holic must try…}

A few of my chocolate staples that I could not do without..

Lindt dark chocolate with Fleur de Sel (amazing broken up and served on a piece of fresh baguette from Manuel Latruwe, with a drizzle of olive oil and melted under the broiler). There is always at least 2 bars at my office desk at given day.

A “TKO” aka a Thomas Keller Oreo from Bouchon Bakery – a chocolate sable cookie and a white chocolate ganache filling. It was high on priority list of things to eat during my trip to New York last summer. You can also find the recipe in the Bouchon Bakery book.

Bernard Callebaut’s seasonal soft serve ice cream – smooth texture, perfect summer treat. image source

Nectar Dessert’s valrhona chocolate sauce (take home tub). A great item to have in the fridge for those chocolate emergencies. image source
